Examination Process for All Centers

Dear Center Head,

At E-MAX INDIA, examinations are conducted in two modes:

  1. Online Exam

  2. Offline Exam


1. Online Exam

For complete guidance regarding online examinations, please watch this training video:

Through the online exam system, you can:

  • Copy and upload exam questions

  • Import questions directly from an Excel sheet

  • Schedule the exam on a specific date (the exam will be automatically activated on the set date)


2. Offline Exam

For offline examinations, please follow the steps below:

a) Prepare the exam questions as per the policy.
b) Download the student admit cards from the portal. 

c) After the exam, check all answer sheets and create one PDF per student (based on roll number).
d) Send all PDFs directly as attachments to: 📩 data@emaxindia.in

⚠️ Please do not send Google Drive links; only email attachments are accepted.

e) Once we receive all answer copies, our team will review them, and training certificates will be issued within 24 hours after review.


Certificate Process

    • If the exam is conducted online or if it is a computer subject exam taken offline, you must submit the SCR (Student Completion Report) from your portal.

  • After SCR submission, the training certificate will be issued within 24 hours.

Certificate Delivery

  • A soft copy of the training certificate will be sent to your registered email.

  • If you need any corrections, reply directly to the same email.

  • Within 7–15 working days, the hard copy of certificates will be dispatched to your center’s address.

1. ऑनलाइन परीक्षा

ऑनलाइन परीक्षा से संबंधित पूरी जानकारी के लिए यह ट्रेनिंग वीडियो देखें:

ऑनलाइन परीक्षा प्रणाली के माध्यम से आप:

  • परीक्षा प्रश्नों को कॉपी और अपलोड कर सकते हैं

  • Excel शीट से प्रश्न सीधे इम्पोर्ट कर सकते हैं

  • निर्धारित तारीख पर परीक्षा शेड्यूल कर सकते हैं (निर्धारित तारीख को परीक्षा स्वतः सक्रिय हो जाएगी)


2. ऑफलाइन परीक्षा

ऑफलाइन परीक्षा के लिए नीचे दिए गए चरणों का पालन करें:

a) नीति के अनुसार परीक्षा प्रश्न तैयार करें।
b) छात्र के एडमिट कार्ड पोर्टल से डाउनलोड करें।

c) परीक्षा के बाद सभी उत्तर पुस्तिकाओं की जांच करें और प्रत्येक छात्र की एक अलग PDF बनाएं (रोल नंबर के आधार पर)।
d) सभी PDFs को सीधे ईमेल अटैचमेंट के रूप में भेजें: 📩 data@emaxindia.in

⚠️ कृपया Google Drive लिंक न भेजें; केवल ईमेल अटैचमेंट स्वीकार किए जाएंगे।

e) जैसे ही हमें सभी उत्तर पुस्तिकाएं प्राप्त होंगी, हमारी टीम उनकी समीक्षा करेगी और समीक्षा के बाद 24 घंटे के भीतर प्रशिक्षण प्रमाणपत्र जारी कर दिए जाएंगे।


प्रमाणपत्र प्रक्रिया

    • यदि परीक्षा ऑनलाइन आयोजित की गई है या कंप्यूटर विषय की परीक्षा ऑफलाइन ली गई है, तो आपको अपने पोर्टल से SCR (Student Completion Report) सबमिट करना होगा।

  • SCR सबमिट करने के बाद 24 घंटे के भीतर प्रशिक्षण प्रमाणपत्र जारी कर दिया जाएगा।

प्रमाणपत्र वितरण

  • प्रशिक्षण प्रमाणपत्र की सॉफ्ट कॉपी आपके पंजीकृत ईमेल पर भेज दी जाएगी।

  • यदि कोई संशोधन करवाना हो, तो आप सीधे उसी ईमेल पर उत्तर दें।

  • 7–15 कार्य दिवसों के भीतर प्रमाणपत्र की हार्ड कॉपी आपके सेंटर के पते पर भेज दी जाएगी।
