This will help us integrate your signature and logo into the certificates issued from your center.

1. आपके सेंटर का लोगो (स्पष्ट PNG या JPG फॉर्मेट में)


2. एक सादा सफेद पेज पर किया गया आपका हस्ताक्षर (स्कैन या साफ फोटो)

यह जानकारी हमें आपकी पहचान प्रमाण पत्रों पर दिखाने हेतु आवश्यक है। जैसे ही हमें आपका लोगो और हस्ताक्षर प्राप्त होता है, हम उसे आपके सर्टिफिकेट में जोड़ देंगे।

To verify any student’s enrollment, just follow these easy steps:

3. Enter the student’s Roll Number


4. Click on the “Student Verification” option

🎓 Certificate / Marksheet Verification Process – E-Max India

To verify any student’s Certificate or Marksheet, just follow these easy steps:

2. On the homepage, click on the “Certificate Verification” button


3. Enter the student’s Roll Number and Enrollment Number

🏢 Franchise Terms & Renewal Policy – E-Max India

📈 Minimum Admission Requirement
Each center must ensure at least 30 admissions in a financial year.

• If 30 admissions are not completed, an advance student fee of ₹3,000 must be deposited.


• This amount will be adjusted with the fee of future student admissions.

⚠️ Important Note:

• If your certificate is expired, no center verification will be provided by E-Max India.


• Your Center ID will be closed in case of non-renewal.

📚 About Examination & Certificate Request – E-Max India

📝 Exam Mode:

• Online / Offline (as per center's convenience)


• Exam details must be communicated at least one week in advance

• The center must submit the Student Certificate Request (SCR) form after the exam.


• For Offline Mode, exam details must be sent to our official email: data@emaxindia.in

📘 Course Fee Structure – E-Max India

🖥️ Computer Software Zone & Hardware Zone

• All Courses: ₹300 per student

🧵 Vocational Zone & Teacher Training Zone

• 1 Day to 3 Month Course: ₹300


• 6 Month Course: ₹600


• 1 Year Course: ₹1,000


• 2 Year Course: ₹1,500

🔔 Note:
If the student is not added online at the time of admission, a late fee will be charged as per the course duration. Kindly ensure timely student registration on the portal to avoid penalties.
