About ESEW Scheme: E-MAX EDUCATION (also operating as E-MAX EARLY CHILDHOOD EDUCATION) is committed to promoting self-employment opportunities in both rural and urban areas through skill-based education. Under this mission, we are running a National Vocational & Skills Training Collaborative Programme as part of the ESEW (Employment & Skill Empowerment for Workforce) Plan, conducted and funded by E-MAX EDUCATION.

The ESEW Scheme aims to provide free skill education and training to students who are unable to pursue formal education due to financial constraints. Under this scheme:

  • No fees are charged from students—all training is provided completely free of cost.

  • Certificates are awarded upon successful completion of the course, which can help students secure employment in relevant industries.

  • Authorized study centers conducting the training programs under ESEW will receive financial support from E-MAX EDUCATION to cover operational costs.

The primary objective of the ESEW Scheme is to empower a large number of Indian youth through industry-relevant, skill-based training that promotes self-employment and better livelihood opportunities.

This initiative is a self-financed social responsibility program fully funded by E-MAX EDUCATION, aimed at uplifting the underprivileged by enhancing their skills and giving them a platform to succeed.
